What is the minimum contract term?
You choose your term: monthly cancellable, 1 year or 2 years. Notice period is 60 days.
What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) means sending TV programmes and films over the internet protocol to devices with an internet connection.
How many channels are there?
You get over 275 channels, 243 of them in HD quality.
Can I rent specific additional channels?
Yes. We offer these channel packages: a Pay-TV channel package, language packages for Bosnisch, Kroatisch, Polnisch, Russisch, Serbisch, Türkisch, and TV Globo Internacional. The channel list shows which channels belong to each package.
Are there also radio stations?
Yes, several radio stations are included in every plan (TV Classic 2.0, TV Premium 2.0 and TV Top 2.0).
How many people / devices can use it at the same time?
The TV-Box is optional for a one-off fee of CHF 119.–. Extra TV-Boxes can be added (CHF 9.– per month per box). You can also use WebTV and apps in parallel, up to 5 simultaneous streams.
Can I rent or buy films?
No, our TV offer doesn't include Video on Demand.
Is Netflix included?
Netflix isn't included, but you can install the Netflix app through the Play Store on the TV-Box and set up your own Netflix subscription directly with Netflix.
What does 7-day replay mean?
You can watch programmes up to 7 days after broadcast, pause them anytime, and fast-forward or rewind. With TV Top 2.0, there's no replay advertising.
What is replay advertising and how do I avoid it?
Replay advertising plays when you watch a replay programme, use start-over, or during the first 7 days of a recording or a live pause. With the TV Top 2.0 plan, there's no replay advertising.
